It’s been 2 months since you gained your angel wings mam, not a day goes by that we don’t think or talk about you, my heart is broken without you, we know you are looking over all of us every day❤️

Two months have passed since you were near,
And still I ache to have you here.
I whisper "Mam" into the air—
But only silence answers there.

The world still turns, the seasons change,
Yet everything feels out of range.
The days go on, but not the same,
Since I no longer speak your name.

Barbara—so full of grace,
You lit the dark in every place.
Your kindness lingers in the air,
I still reach out, expect you there.

They say that time will dull this pain,
But love like yours will still remain.
I feel you in the morning light,
And dream of you most every night.

You were my guide, my heart, my home,
And now without you, I roam.
But in each tear that finds its way,
Your love still holds me, day by day.

You’re in the sky, the rising sun,
In every quiet day begun.
And though this grief feels hard to bear,
I know, dear Barbara, you are there.

Forever missed, forever near—
Two months have passed. I wish you were here.

My sincere condolences to the family of Mrs Murray. A beautiful lady, i have such fond memories as a child calling for alan and Mrs Murray always so welcoming.

Thinking of you Phil, Ruth, Alan, Louise, and all your family, friends, and neighbours at this very sad time. We were so upset to hear of Barbara’s passing, especially so soon after our Dad. I will always remember her warm smile, infectious laugh, and wonderful sense of fun — especially when Phil and Barbara visited Amsterdam while I lived there, once with Anne & Peter Pender and again with Angela & Tommy Graham. We had such a great laugh with Barbara (and the whole gang) — they were such good fun. Rest in peace, Barbara.
