Barney was a constant in our lives growing up; a dear friend to Daddy (Jim) and Nana (Nellie, Port Rd then Rosemount) and to all of us throughout our lives. Always on hand to help, and a big part of the International Folk Festival in the Tech. We used to play hide & seek in the corridors and he always found us!
Barney- a true gentleman, a shining example of good and always a kind word and a beaming smile.

A true gael and proud Letterkenny and Donegal man, Barney's contribution to St Eunans GAA club and O'Donnell Park in particular, is a testament to what we enjoy today. Barney was the first club member to get the prestigious "CLUB LIFETIME DEDICATION AWARD" bestowed upon him. A former club president and executive club committee officer. Rest in peace Barney.
