My deepest condolences to Áilín and all the family on Barry’s death. I only heard the sad news today (1st September). I have so many fond memories of the family when we were growing up in Howth and attending Mass.

I was so sad to hear of Barry's passing and my condolences go out to the Doyle Family. Barry was a great mentor in the early days of the Environmental Protection Agency and conveyed his integrity and experience with good grace and humour. He will be sadly missed. Today's service in Sutton was a fitting tribute to Barry.

So sorry for your loss. Barry coaches me at UCD ‘93/‘94 and through that time was so very kind and generous. Countless times he’d collect me from the Train from KK and deliver me to training always with a cup of team and a sandwich.
