Barry RHODES

So very sorry to hear of Barry's passing. Although we never met in person he was a great guiding light to me when I took up golf on my retirement in 2008/9 and I had so much to learn. When I bought his first book he emailed me to say I had been one of his first subscribers. I learned so much from his "Rules of Golf" posts and blogs. Condolences to all the family on his sad passing.

Through the years, Barry was always so incredibly gracious sharing his time and knowledge of the game of golf.
He will be sorely missed but never forgotten for all he has done to better the game.

Absolutely shocked to hear the news of Barry's death! He was the go to man in all Rules of Golf queries, so unbelievably knowledgeable! RIP Barry.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Barry and deepest condolences to his family, relatives and friends at this sad time. Although I never met the man in person, I had many communications with him down through the years seeking his advice and knowledge on the Rules of Golf. His knowledge and professionalism in this area was immense and will be sadly missed. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam. RIP Barry Rhodes.
