Sincere sympathy to Bernie's cousins, friends and neighbours on her sad passing.Bernie was always there for my family's First Communions, Confirmations and Fri. morning masses and was so obliging to open the school after hours for forgotten school books.Bernie has seen so many children from the different generations pass through Kilbrien National school Rest in peace now Bernie.

Bernie spent many years as caretaker of Kilbrien N.S and was a genuine friend to all the pupils, teachers and parents.
The school was always in an immaculate condition and warm and welcoming for the pupils and teachers in the morning. Bernie was called on many times after school hours to open the school for meetings or indeed to collect a school book that was left behind
Bernie prided herself in her work and will be missed by us all
