She spent many a night in my parents house before moving to Dublin with you all or on her way on holidays to Spain with my parents (even forgetting her passport once - taxi has to drive it to the airport). Your mother was a really remarkable lady and most admirable. She had more than her share of trials in this life, but accepted and overcame them. Her kindness to others was one of her most outstanding and admirable traits. The funeral Mass said today by Fr. Cadden was so well prepared and so memorable. Your eulogy, Louise, should be a source of happiness for you in the years ahead. I will remember to pray for the happy repose of Bernie's soul, and that you and the family may find some happiness and consolation at this very difficult time.
