Ever so sorry to hear of the passing of Aunt Berna. My earliest memories are of being a very young child and always looking forward to visiting her with my mum and sisters. Especially as she had rabbits so we all enjoyed seeing them.

It was a pleasure to be her Godson, and she was always very generous to me on my birthdays. 

Berna also paid for myself and Mel's honeymoon suite which was a very lovely gesture.

Dear Gerry, Mary, Ada, Jenny, Barry & Berna's adored grandchildren & great grandchildren & extended family & friends - we are so very sorry to learn of Berna's passing. Mom (Tess) & Maisie (cousins) dearly loved Berna and her sisters. Mom often spoke of Berna's visits to Monmore as a child with the fondest of memories and in later years "the fine bone china" would be taken out in advance of Berna's visits to Clare. Berna was such a lovely lady with a kind heart & she loved her family above all. S beautiful soul. In later years, Mom would look forward to her phonecalls and Berna never forgot Clare as her home! Rest in Peace dear Berna. What a reunion you are having with your sisters and Maisie & Mom. Thinking of all her family & friends at thisgery sad time. We will be with you all online tomorrow.
