So sad to hear the passing of Bernie. She was a wonderful and kind person.

I would like to pass on my condolences the o Neill on the sad passing of Bernadette. I remember her working in the small chipper in Rock street with Sarah Raymond, and spending manys a night their doing my best to chat her up. A wonderful girl, great memories, thank you Bernie. RiP.

I'm just lost for words, I am so saddened to hear of Bernie's passing. I have very fond memories of Bernie from Sligo RTC, She was such a kind, beautiful and genuine person - a True Lady💖 To all the O'Neill and extended family, you are all in my thoughts and prayers at this extremely sad time. On behalf of the Woodhaven community we wish to express our sincerest condolences to Bernie's children Sean, Sola & Barack on the sad loss of their mother. We extend sympathy also to Bernie's own family. We recall the happiness that Bernie created at one of our family barbecues on the green when new to the area. Bernie willingly spent the afternoon doing hair for all the young girls in attendance. Bernie was a much liked and well respected neighbour to us in Woodhaven and she will be greatly missed.

May Bernie rest easily in peace now.
