I was so deeply saddened to hear about your death, Bernadette. I was looking forward to meeting you again in Ireland and it is now too late. You were such a good friend and kind person. I shall never forget the Interskola in Ennistymon when you explained to us the intricacies of the Irish culture or when we shared our department in the north of Norway. Dear Bernadette, I hope you enjoyed our company just as we cherished yours.

Our last meeting with Bernadette was at the Norwegian Interskola 2007, where we enjoyed many a laugh together, as at previous Interskola meetings. We will always remember her for her skill in climbing up a Norwegian mountain in her golden slip-on sandals, which earned her the name of "Princess of the Golden Slipper". Sorry that we will no longer meet up with her at Interskola.

Deepest sympathy to Frank, Francis & extended Family on the death of Bernadette.

We wish to record our deepest sympathy to Frank and her son Francis on their loss. Bernadette loved coming to the social side of the ladies golf evenings. She showed great passion for life at all events she attended and loved all local meetings and was a tremendous local representative for her area . She will be missed by all especially her loving family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all

At Interskola I always looked forward to meeting up with Bernadette as she made me laugh, was always a good sport and joined in everything with good humour. I can remember so many of her interesting sayings each time we met. In addition to the humour she was a very generous person and would always remember details about people and be sure to enquire about all going on. Bernadette was a much loved member of Interskola. She always wore a smile on her face and this was reflected by her friends. Our condolences go out to Frank and her family. May her smile support you all at this time.

I will surely miss her a lot. She was a wonderful and always a colourful person at our meetings at Interskola. I will surely miss her, as much As a part of my life. So sad to hear that Bernadette has passed away. She was a fantastic ever optimistic lady. We have wonderful memories of pleasant times over the years. She was a wonderful friend to Helen and we remember many lovely days in her company. Deepest sympathy to Frank and Francis at this sad time.
