Deepest sympathy to Kieran, Carolann, and Richard on the death of a dear friend. I knew Bernadette since we met in teacher training college in Carysfort. We went out own ways but met up again through our children. I was so happy to hear that she had worked with dyslexia. Bernadette understood that a child who could not engage fully with the system as it was then, could flourish with other interventions. We had many discussions on the pros and cons of the education system. Thank goodness it is now more inclusive. Goodbye Bernadette, and may the angels in Heaven greet you warmly.
