Ann &family Our deepest sympathy on the death of Ben ,may his soul rest in peace
My deepest condolences to the Gormley Family.
I knew Ben for over 20 years and was only speaking with him recently. As always we had a great chat and solved many of the world’s problems.
Ben was a total gentleman, quick witted and always full of craic, fun and stories.
A passionate follower of Leinster and Irish Rugby whilst a remaining a loyal Belvo man.
We have lost one of the greats way too early and he will be sorely missed by his family and his large circle of friends.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Frank (Brennan)

Anne I was so sad to hear of Bens passing. I remember with great fondness our trip to Vienna. We had such fun. May Ben rest in peace.
Our sincere sympathies to Ann and all the Gormley family on the recent death of Ben.
Ben was a formidable opponent when he wore the Old Belvedere jersey and blazer but a great ally when we both wore Leinster blazers. Whether in the bar in OB on Anglesea Road or the Leinster bar in the RDS or in Gibneys or Portmarnock GC or Howth YC, Ben was well known and always surrounded by friends who shared his passion for sport and craic.
He will be missed by all who knew him but particularly by his family and grandchildren and hopefully their memories of the good times with him in the past will be a consolation to them in the future.

To all Ben's family I extend my sincere condolences at this very sad time. I was fortunate to have served much time with him, in recent years, as Chairman of a Leinster Branch Committee.
