So sorry to hear of the passing of Bernard. It’s over forty years since we last met when I worked in Killybegs. We used chat daily in the ice plant when we discussed football and unimportant matters for hours. We had been in touch by phone in the meantime as we sought all lreland tickets. Deeply Shocked and Sadened to hear this. What a Gentleman Bernard was. I have a lot of fond Memories of Bernard in the Ice plant. A lovely quiet man who had a great passion for his local GAA. The only man i have ever seen who could get a car open with a clothes hanger. Many's the one he helped open down the pier. Deepest condolences to Bernard's family on his passing. I got to know him during the late 80s early 90s through Killybegs GAA. He was a gentleman and always helpful. Bernard had an encylopediac memory and was a fountain of knowledge. I will miss him. May He Rest in Peace.
