May I offer my sincere sympathy to all the members of the Dillon family on the sad loss of Bernard.
I had the privilege of meeting with you all, in the home of the late Mrs.Julia Dillon in Clonmacnois, many years ago.
I was delighted when Bernard willingly
shared with us his vast knowledge of family connections.
He also reminisced about his childhood and youth in Kiltoom , Co.Roscommon
and about his parents and relatives , who have long gone to their eternal home.
Bernard was a gentleman and I will always fondly remember and treasure the very special memories I have from meeting with him in Clonmacnois.
May God comfort you all and may Bernard rest in eternal peace .
