Bernard Tallon

My sincerest condolences to Bernie, Larissa and all of Bernard's extended family. I worked with Bernard in the Print room in Department of Finance it is one of my most fondest memories and remember the laughs we had on weekends and late nights, they will stay with me forever. He was a gentleman.

May he rest in peace.
