I still can't believe you are no longer with us, Ber. But of course, you still are, and always will be. Best auntie, ever. And a great friend. Inimitable, irreplaceable, unforgettable. A week has passed and we are still in shock, cannot believe she's gone. Years of fun, craic, slagging and drama! She entertained us constantly. Christmas morning visits, in particular, are a great memory, she used be in flying form. There are no words to describe the sadness I feel. Truly, Silverdale will never be the same.

I was so sad to hear of the unexpected passing of Aunty Bernice. She was larger than life and I have such lovely memories of her from when I was growing up. She will be sorely missed but so fondly remembered.
