I only heard today, about the very sad death of Bernie.
I always remember the kindness of Bernie, asking her parents to take me out for the day, from our boarding school in Rathnew, as my home was in Derbyshire.She was particularly good at tennis, and always full of fun.

May you all remember all the happy and fun times together.

Am so shocked as I only heard the news today..
Both of us started our school days together in first year..
She was great at sport and a lovely girl..
Thanks to Diana kiely I met up with her a short time ago for lunch in HOWTH..

It is with great sadness to hear of the sudden death of Bernie. A wonderful friend and much loved lady by all of us. She was a marvelous person and admired member of our club.
