Our sincere sympathy on hearing the sad news of Beryl. From the 1970's , our family were neighbours in Fennell's Bay.
Both Beryl and Frank always had time to chat and were very nice indeed. She will be sorely missed.

I first met her in 1981 when she enthusiastically enforced City Sheriff, Pat Powell's decision then and later to facilitate my CIT students of public administration to attend election counts when access was strictly restricted to candidates and a small number of their supporters.
In recent years after I had retired I was appointed as the Presiding Officer in the Electoral District where she voted. We shared many convivial and enjoyable conversations when she came to exercise with resolve her constitutional right and duty.
Our last meeting was at the recent Presidential Election.
I have fond memories of a lovely lady and dedicated public servant.
May she rest in peace.
