God speed you safely home Betty. Thank you for your generosity and joyful hospitality on my many trips through Paris in the 1970s and 80s as a young and somewhat lost geologist working in the oil and gas industry.

Condolences to everyone who will miss aunty Betty. I’ve lovely memories of our visits to her during her summer visits to Kilmore Quay. I was also so grateful to visit her in Paris in 2012 and to see all the amazing art work. She was one of a kind. May she rest in peace.
