My condolences to the Hendrick and Grainger families. Betty fed the staff in AIB 100 Grafton Street and have lovely memories of her cheery face and easy to get on with manner. May she rest in peace.

We have the most wonderful memories of all the gorgeous food she nourished us with in AIB 100 Grafton St. Always talked about when we met up and how everything was dished up with humour and a twinkling smile. I had the pleasure of spending many happy times in Bettys company while my brother was in Newtownpark and she honestly brought so many smiles to all who met her. Her sense of mischief shone through ! She had such a love of fashion and was such a glamouous lady ! My condolences to Bettys family. May she rest peacefully.

I was so sad to hear of Betty's passing. Although I only knew her for the past 18 months, she was a true ray of sunshine. Betty radiated kindness, had a huge heart, and a beautiful smile. She made up songs on the spot that would last for minutes, chatted and laughed and made everybody's day a little bit brighter. She will be missed by all at Newtownpark House.

Very sorry to hear of the passing of Betty. Served with her on a couple of charity fund raising committees and she was always hard working, great fun and a lovely person to be around. Sincere sympathy to all her family, she will be greatly missed.
