Dear Monks family,

My deepest condolences on Betty’s passing. I heard too late to go to the graveyard...I am so sorry. She was a fantastic lady. I remember in particular her always so tolerant of our barking dogs.

I had thought of her only very recently and a beautiful red cardigan she knit for me. I wore it until it couldn’t be worn anymore...I loved it.

May she rest in peace xx
