It was with great sadness that I only heard last night that Betty had passed away a few weeks ago. Mike and I always left her delivery in Rathmore till last as there'd always be chats and the craic with Betty.
And of course the obligatory pot of tea for Mike as a cup would never do!

She was a kind and welcoming woman with a great sense of humour and she and I regularly had spats about the Dubs v Kerry rivalry. Fond memories indeed.
