We send our deepest condolences to Sharon, Jackie and all the family on Bev's passing.
We have been good friends of The Nicholson family for many years. Bev was a devoted father and a good friend of our family.
After leaving for Ireland he never forgot to keep in touch. His many entertaining WhatsApp posts will be sorely missed. He was an astute observer with a deep insight into world events. His general knowledge was legend, and I certainly enjoyed his wicked sense of humour.
Bev was always polite and caring whenever we communicated, even towards the end of his long illness.
Bev will be missed by all of us, but never forgotten.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. A beautiful service and lovely tribute to the life of a great man.

My sincere condolences to you all on Bev's passing. He was a great neighbour during all my time in Mill Meadows. Despite not being a cat lover, he took great care of Felix when I was away. His garden was always so pristine, I couldnt keep up! It was great to have you both as wonderful neighbours.

So very sorry to hear of Bev's passing. I had the honour and pleasure of working with him to set up English language classes in Wicklow Town. I also knew him to be a great community activist from his work with the Arklow Men's Shed and Arklow Life Boat. He was an absolute gentleman. He had a huge heart and a great sense of humour. Sincere condolences to all his family. I'm sure he'll be greatly missed.
