Bill was such a lovely man. He welcomed us to the area with the words 'What football team do you support' and his nickname for us was Curraghadooey. Our garden is full of the daffodils he gave us (2 buckets of bulbs). We will always remember him, especially in the spring. Rest in Peace Bill.

Willy, we are all deeply saddened at your passing. You were so much more than a family friend, you were always an uncle to my brothers and I and you were a best friend to my mum and dad. We never met anyone who laughed as much as you, your infectious laughter was contagious and made people happy. You will be truly missed, rest in eternal peace Willy.

I am heartbroken at Bill's passing, such a lovely man and a first cousin of my late Dad, George Higgins. He attended every anniversary Mass of my Dad George and my Mum Sabina and we always had a great chat in the McWilliam hotel afterwards. He always brought me to the train station to catch the afternoon train to Dublin .May his gentle soul rest in peace
