To Rita, Paul, Jim and Rosemary,
From all the crew in DIT Cathal Brugha Street, who were students, colleagues and friends of Bill, we remember Bill fondly and send our heartfelt condolences to you all on your sad loss. He was a great chef, teacher and great company. He was of great help to me personally when researching my PhD and was full of stories from around the world on the great ocean liners to his more recent memories of excellent Asian food cooked by his daughter in law!
I got the news too late to attend the funeral but will be in touch soon,
Best wishes,
