Sincere Condolences to Mary & Noreen at this very Sad Time on the passing of Billy. I worked with Billy over a lot of years with Dwans and C/C. Have some Wonderfull memories of Billy. In recent years Billy and Myself would have great chats on the phone about Tipperary and Kilkenny Hurling In General. My regret is I was to go to Thurles before Christmas for dinner with Billy and I had to cancel on the 11th hour. An absolute Gentleman. . Rest In Peace Billy.
