So sorry to hear of Billy's passing. I and many of the Duggan family had Billy as a teacher in Moneenageisha, he is & will always be held in such high esteem by us all. Had a lovely unassuming engaging manner, soft spoken and very present in the conversation. Such fond memories of Billy and the subjects he taught, his classes were a lot of fun & laughter with good natured banter & Billy was good at that - he was so well liked & respected by all.
