Sincere condolences to Linda and family on Billy's sad passing. I worked with Billy in PM for nearly 30 years but I was not lucky enough to be based in the real Capital ! He was a smashing guy to work with - always cool, calculated and of course humerous. He was also a joy to meet socially at the PM events or the Con v Mary's matches - you were always happier for meeting him.
My body was unable to attend his arrangements but my heart, thoughts and prayers were there. May you rest peacefully Billy.

I was saddened ro hear of Billy's passing. I first met Billy in Novartis Ringaskiddy in the early 90's and later working with PM in Mons Belgium , where he was very helpful to me a true gentleman.

We were at UCC together and after, at different periods, worked at True Temper where Billy was always easy to be in touch with and very helpful. More recently Billy was very generous in contributing to our class reunion charity fund even though he couldn't attend due to illness. He was an easy guy to be friends with.

I was so sorry to hear of Billy's passing. I worked with Billy in PM Group over many, many years. He was a great work colleague. He always had a smile on his face when we met, He always had a very positive attitude. He was also a great man to socialise with. He was great company, whether talking work, rugby or whatever other rubbish we would talk about over a drink. He was a true gentleman in every sense. Billy was good enough to give me work experience in PM Group while I was still playing rugby. He was so good he once got me to count every light switch in a new apartment block. I’m sure he enjoyed watching me do that!! Thank you for looking out for me Billy. RIP
