Sincere sympathy to all the O'Neill family on the death of Billy. He was such a lovely gentleman. I knew him when playing the church organ for the choir. He always arrived with a lovely greeting and smile. He gave his singing his heart and soul with that great bass voice. It was such a pleasure to know you Billy. May you rest in Peace.
