He was a true gentleman, very friendly and ever smiling.
He trained me in Methanol plant operations and was very meticulous in following up.
After his retirement, we had regular contact over phone at least once every two months and he was very happy to discuss and know about developments in Bahrain and GPIC.
Bill, I certainly miss your advises and the nice conversations we had over the years and cherish them always.

In the Fifties we had a wonderful Gaelic Football in Midleton of which I was a proud member. Billy was surely one of our stars. A daring and skillful player. We band of brothers on the playing field will never forget Billy. Memories are made of such small triumphs , intense and life-lasting.

I met Bill and his lovely family in Awali Bahrain. Bill and I became firm friends through the our love for a game of golf. We spent many happy hours on Awali golf course, and just as manyin the 19th hole discussing how we had won or lost our game (Many more wins than losses!)
Bill I am sure you have already started to teach thge Angels how to play better golf.
