I was so sorry to hear of the passing of Billy. I had the privilege of working with him in Mount Carmel. He was such a lovely gentleman, a hard worker and light hearted. Always in good form and so obliging. He played music for the residents whenever there was a celebration. Condolences to all Billy's loved ones . He will be greatly missed.
