It is with great sadness that Billy has left this life so young
leaving his beloved Leah, Eileen, Santiago, Roderick and Joshua.

I met Billy only once, when my husband and I stayed in the apartment attached to Billy and Leah's lovely home. Billy and I were 4th cousins (Power) but he welcomed me (and my husband) as if I were a close relative. He had a great smile and a sparkle in his eye. May he rest in peace.
