I worked with Bob in the Phoenix Ass. in the 1970's and have fond memories of discussing and solving many issues.
Bob repaired my car after I had damaged it in Dublin.
May his gentle soul rest in peace.

I was very sorry to learn of Bob's sad passing.
He was a colleague for a long time in RSA Insurance and a was a great underwriter/surveyor. We shared many enjoyable times together. He was a fun guy to be with and didn't suffer fools gladly. I will carry his memory with me.

Sorry to hear of Bob's passing. I worked with Bob in RSA and he was always very supportive to all who worked with him. He was a gentlemen and always very straight in his dealings with people hence very well respected.

As a new underwriting surveyor i would be accompanying Bob on surveys...often i would be driving and Bob wasn't great at letting me know where were headed so you had to be on your mettle as there was many a time Bob would shout left or right turn at the very last minute!!!...I must have gone around many corners on two wheels...I laugh when I think back on those days....the best of days.
