Comhbhrón ó chroí le teaghlach Moore uilig ar bhás bhrónach an Bráthair Angelus. Go dtuga Dia suaimhneas síoraí dó.

I cannot recall the man ever being in bad humour. And surely, it's no harm to say, that school-life in the Bish, would have tested a person's good humour, back in those days.

I can, however, most certainly recall the boundless energy and enthusiasm that the man brought to the place ; the banter and the craic exchanged in the classroom or the corridor, safe in the knowledge that it would be jovially received ; and, always being made aware that there was an important exam looming "on the horizon". And the horizon was getting closer with each passing day !

It has been said that school days are the best days of one's life. Not too sure about that, but they were certainly made better by the ubiquitous presence of one Brother Angelus, school Principal with the warm smile and pleasant demeanour.
Sincere condolences to the Moore family and the Patrician community on the passing of Br. Angelus.
He was a man of outstanding qualites and fine administrator and educator.
