So sorry to hear of the death of Br Finbarr.

We first met Br Finbarr after coming to Waterford back in the late 60s and he, Dick Doyle and Jim Ryan of the De La Salle “Tops of the Town” fundraising Committee asking me to organise a Waterford Banks and Finance Variety Show, to enter into the “ Tops “ which I did.

We had wonderful years participating in that competition for many years later as a result.

He was a wonderful guy and a total gentleman. He is now reunited with his great friends Dick and Jim in Heaven, no doubt organising a new “Tops Show “ up there.

May he Rest in Peace.
