Sincere sympathy to all Br. Timothy's family I have fond memories of him teaching us in Cavan he gave me my start in music and for that i'm very grateful for he was òne in a million may his gentle soul rest in Peace
So sorry to hear the sad news this morning of Jackie's death, sending our sympathies to you all, Jackie's family. Remembering Jackie with fondness and the many times we met him in Church Road, (Celia's door was always open to us wanes) then later in Malin and Liss also.

My sincere sympathies and heartfelt condolences to the McLaughlin Family and Bró.Tim's De LaSalle Community. I was very fortunate to have a had Tim when he came as a teacher as young Brother in 1966 in Bruff Co.Limerick..
He was one of the finest educators very forward thinking for that time. He was full of energy. He introduced us kids to music and a choir and football to parish that only knew hurling. He was always in good humour and very decent and fair in the classroom.
I enjoyed my many visits to Tim in Miguel House and my thanks to the nurses and carers for looking after Tim.

Sincere sympathy to the family and friends of BR Tim, and to all in Miguel House who cared for Br Tim. I often enjoyed visiting Tim in the days prior to COVID and chatting to him at a distance in recent months. He was a super musician and loved sharing his talents with many. Farewell my old friend, may you rest in peace.

Deepest sympathy to Mc Laughlin family for the loss of Br Tim. I wrote in my notebook from my Sep 19th, 2018 conversation with Br Tim "In this conversation today, I know Br Tim." I will always remember his sharing. The stories of his work with Br. Larry in South Africa at the time of apartheid brought me a new level of awareness and filled me with gratitude always for his work and for all the unsung heroes of the De La Salle Brothers. I remember fondly our last chat on Nov 20, 2022. May he RIP.

Deepest sympathy to Mc Laughlin family on sad passing of Jackie. Jackie rang me last year and I had a lovely chat with him looking back over the years. We went to school together and he said it was over seventy years since we met up. I have fond memories of his family on church Road and passing his house on way to school.. I leave with good memories. May his gentle soul rest in peace.
