I am so sorry to hear of Breda’s passing. When I worked as an Au Pair in New York she welcomed me into your lovely home on many occasions and I never forgot her kindness. My thoughts are with the Grace and Keane families at this difficult time.

I’m so sorry to hear about Breda’s passing. I think about her and our friendship from time to time, she was a wonderful neighbor. I remember when she first moved to Island Park and she asked to borrow a scale. I walked across the street with my bathroom scale only to find out that she was requesting a scale to measure her baking ingredients, not herself! We laughed about that for years.
