So so sorry to hear of Bredas passing, we go back a long long way, a lady without a doubt, Breda was such a great mentor to myself and Liam when we were starting out in the catering trade. She taught us so much and up until the other day her name came up again, going back to The Dalkey Island days. Thanks Breda for all you taught us...May you rest in peace Breda ❤️🙏
