Like so many hundreds more, I was deeply saddened to learn of the sudden passing of Breege Diamond in Kiltimagh. Breege (nee Leonard), a native of Rusheens outside Tuam, became one of Kiltimagh's best loved people because of her kind nature, gentle outreach, and her sincerity of heart that always shone forth. I got to know her through her love for country music and always looked forward to meeting Breege and her regular group of friends at various shows over the years. She truly was a shining 'Diamond' in the community life of Kiltimagh and will be greatly missed by so many people. Condolences to Leo and the Diamond family and to the Leonard family on their great loss. Rest in peace, Breege.
