To all the Keenen Family.
It us with great sadness that I see the passing of Brenda.

Brenda was such a great friend to both my mum and dad Rose & Willie O'Reilly, and also myself when we all lived at No 1,

Her kindness and thoughtfulness through all our lives at No 1, was exceptional. I have nothing but happy memories of such a kind person.

Remembering her in my prayers.
My deepest sympathy to the Keenan family. I have many happy memories of a beautiful lady, particularly of our holidays in South Africa with Brenda & Seamus and my late wife Eunice. May Brenda's gentle soul rest in peace.
Our deepest sympathy to Fiona, Anna and all the Keenan family on the sad loss of your dear mum and grandmother, RIP.
Thinking of you at this difficult time.
Our sympathy to Carmel and all of the family and relatives.
Brenda and the beautiful historic Roman Catholic church just off the road (it was just off the road as there was a church since penal times) was a central part of my being for the first 35 years of my life). She was the cornerstone of the parish at a time when women had no voice in the church. Effectively they still don't. They will in the future.
I have attended numerous family services over the years in the church and Brenda always had some involvement along with the local Spiritan congregation.
She regularly visited my parents when they became ill. I can remember visiting my late dad in Glenvar Park on the last Christmas Day that he was alive and Brenda was at his bedside and they were praying together. Her family that she leaves behind will be her legacy. What a legacy.
I can remember in May 2019, my beloved mother has just passed and I gave Brenda a lift down to Cross Avenue and we were discussing the rugby career of her grandson who had then established himself on the Ireland Sevens team. Brenda was calm and wise. She was no pushy grandparent!
To all the Keenans. May Brenda rest in peace. I would trust that she will be keeping an eye on proceedings in Lansdowne Road on Saturday from a grandstand seat in the sky along with her beloved Seamus.
Carmel Fiona Paul and all Keenan family.
Sincere condolences your mum's passing. I am sure you have great memories of her. Cherish those memories when you have shed a little tear. May she rest in peace.

All remember Brenda with great fondness.
Brenda’s kind, gentle and familiar presence will be greatly missed in the parish and the church. She radiated care and concern for people of all ages with whom she came in contact. Over many years she brought Holy Communion and her gentle presence to the sick and the housebound of the parish. I have great memories of Brenda and her friend Anne organising Bingo for the Senior Citizens in the Community Centre - the folk were collected and driven home afterwards, having enjoyed tea, chat, fun and bingo. Rest in Peace dear Brenda - I send my deepest sympathy to your family.
