Brendan Colgan

I'm so sad to hear of the passing of Brendan, he was a lovely guy.
He always showed the height of respect to me and the GUI-Leinster Golf, whenever we attended for a tournament at City West Golf Club and did everything within his power to ensure it was a success.
Every Golf Club needs a "Brendan" and he will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
May he rest in peace.

Only got this news this morning Wed. 7th March. I am so sorry to hear this terrible news, and am very sorry to have missed Brendan's funeral. Brendan was very good to me here in Dublin Port in his union delegate role. I along with other colleagues here had many dealings with him for over 30 years and we found him brilliant and very focused and witty. We were with him at the time Rita died in 2007, really sorry to have missed his funeral and not being able to pay our respects. My sincere condolences to Brenda, Lorraine, Alan and Rita. God be good to Brendan.
