I was lucky enough to meet Brendan and I am sure he will be missed. I am deeply saddened and shocked to hear of his sudden passing. My sincere sympathies to the Connors' family. May he rest in paradise.

So sad to hear the news of Brendan sudden passing. I worked with Brendan in Cabletron (Limerick/Shannon). An absolute Great guy to work with, very professional and very engaging, but more importantly, a lovely guy to be in the presence of, having a bit of fun and craic, while doing the business at the same time. Really sorry to hear this sad news and condolences to his family. I had the pleasure of working with and for Brendan for a number of years in Shannon at an early point in my career. He helped me greatly and he always found time to talk about sports, of course rugby and life in general. People were better after meeting him and spending time in his company.

So sad to hear of Brendan's passing and my sincere sympathies to his family.. He was a fine rugby player and was destined for a full cap for Ireland but a bad injury put an end to that. He did play for Ireland U25 and I had the pleasure of winning a Munster Senior Cup with him in 1980 . Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dhilis.
