I only knew you for a short time whilst we worked together at Medway Hospital. However in that time you were a warm, funny and kind colleague.

So very sorry to hear of Brendan's passing , taken far too young. Thinking of all his family in Westport, Olga and his children.

Was greatly saddened to hear of Brendan’s premature passing. If memory serves me correctly, he and I shared the common bond of being the only Mayo lads in the UCG/NUIG Medical cohort 1990-96 (nearly 30 years ago now - how time flies!).

Disappointed now (and of course too late) that I didn’t try to keep closer in touch with him. Especially given I was not all that far away from him whilst living in England 2002-2011. Nevertheless, I was happy to learn that Brendan had a wife and family. Pleasing additionally to know he did well on a professional level. This was all well deserved.

Unfortunately. the good sometimes do die (too) young and this is once more illustrated here. I pray that God may grant Brendan eternal peace whilst providing all necessary comfort and succour to his bereaved mum and family.

Dear Brendan, you are one of the most humble, honest and kind colleagues I have worked in my career. You will forever be missed for your hard work and humour. You are definitely in a better place. RIP.

Dr Conway truely was a gentleman and one of the kindest men. He was passionate about his craft and always did his very best for his patients. He was taken far too soon. My sincere condolences to his whole family. May you rest in eternal peace Dr Conway you will truely be missed.
