Brendan Crowe

Sorry to missed this notice but please accept my sincere sympathy to all of Brendan's family. I have enduring fond memories of being a student of Brendan's in the mid 80s at NCAD. He was a gifted and generous teacher of stone carving. May he rest in peace.

My deepest condolences to Brendan’s family. I had the great pleasure of working with Brendan during his time with us, here in the Sculpture Dept NCAD. He was an absolute gentleman and an excellent stonemason whose creativity and knowledge inspired many of our students in so many different ways. Brendan made my own father’s headstone many years ago. May he rest in peace.

To whom it concerns, I was very sad to hear of Brendans' passing 😢. He was an absolute gentleman and a pleasure to work with and for. My memories of Brendan (& Paddy) will stay with me forever 💔 Kindest regards, John. 💚

We wish to pass our deepest condolences to the Crowe family on the passing of Brendan. He was from a very well known family of monumental masons and highly regarded by clients and fellow masons all over Ireland. He was unique and one of the last of a generation of great masons. Thinking of you all at this difficult and sad time.

I have so many lovely memories of being over at the house in Tinahely with Joan and Richard. Always an open door policy, welcoming smiles, cups of tea and a lovely fire. I’ll fondly remember Brendan’s love for nature and his story telling, while walking up the hill with us. Sending lots of love x
