Brendan Doyle

My deepest heartfelt condolences to Sally, her loving family and cherished grandchildren on the very sad passing of my dear friend Brendan. We both spent precious time together in Beaumont hospital during COVID. We had a special bond as we were both Ulster men, which dear Brendan was very proud of. He was a very humble man with a great witty humour 🙏🏻. He would read me bits from his treasured 'The Irish News' before completing his daily Sudoku...his knowledge of historical and current GAA was second to none.

We are profoundly sorry to hear of Brendans passing. We will always associate Brendan with a active and adventurous lifestyle that always had his glass half full. A great man to talk to and even better to listen to. He was immensely proud of all his family and was a very welcoming man if you were from outside the family. He certainly made me and all my family very welcome.
To Sally in particular, you were his rock and he adored the ground you walked on.
Brendan will be remembered by our family as a gentleman who was a proud grandfather to our brothers children and a very proud father to Caroline, our sister in law.

Sorry to hear about Brendan's passing. Over the last few years I regularly met Brendan out for his walks on Chanel Road and later on his scooter. I really enjoyed our chats... just shooting the breeze about everything and nothing. Lovely man... He will be missed.
