He was a friend of mine when we were in college in Galway.He was one very decent genuine fellow.Sadly our paths didnt cross after we.left but I met some of his students afterwards
and they were loud in their praises of him

RIP Mr. Duggan. I've very fond memories from my time in Summerhill when you were the deputy principal. Thanks for creating a fantastic culture in the school and opportunities for everyone to enjoy it from GAA to debating to school tours in Spain.

Condolences to the Duggan family I was a student in Summerhill in the early eighties and Mr. Duggan was one of my teachers and I got on the wrong side of him a few times, that said he was very fair and a gentleman and had a sense of humour and very good teacher.
