I am sorry to hear of Brendan's passing. He was a super fit guy. Last time I saw him was in the airport a good few years ago now. Tanned & smiling. Thats how I will remember him.

I have only just heard this very sad news through a friend in Dublin. I knew Brendan from our Army days we joined the same regiment. Great memories, it was a great adventure.

I walked miles with Brendan in playa calero & playa lima. I would often have to sit down & rest while he continued on, not only did he walk he would run up & down the beach while myself and my wife use to cheer him on. He was a great man, so fit.
No way is in resting up in heaven. Walk on my friend, reunited with your beloved wife.
