Though Paul & I are gone from Castlewarden a number of years now. Our abiding joyous memories are always of the King & Queen of Castlewarden Christmas mixed competitions, Bridget & Brendan Foran. The fabulous duo, the foundation of the Club & so much more, generous & welcome to all with a smile & great humour.

We were very saddened to hear of darlin Brendan's passing Bridget. You were always such a beautiful couple together showing absolute love & affection to each other, it was contagious.

Brendan was a treasured and very respected member of Castlewarden GC and will be kindly remembered for his warmth,wonderful sense of humour and lifelong dedication and commitment to our club. Brendan and Brigid were responsible for some very special social occasions both in the club and on many overseas trips.Their Christmas League and Final Day Party was the highlight of the year for all those who played in the MIXED.
Brendan's loss will be greatly felt by members and staff alike.
