I've very fond memories of working with him in Clane and the special bond he had with Bill was always one that would bring you to tears with laughter. I had the pleaseure of working with Brendan over the years in Clane Local Service Brendan had the power of lighting up a room when he walked in. He was such a kind, caring and affectionate man. Brendan was, I think, one of the happiest people I know. I only remember the things he loved like Dallas, the BeeGees, Abba and snooker. He loved a drive in the car & always stood poker straight for a photo 😊. I loved that he called me Nyna & dad Mykey, our very own nicknames! He said things like ‘gosh’ & ‘gee’ when he got excited about something he liked which always made me smile. He loved walks in the mountains with us & was quick to tell us off if he thought we weren’t doing something right. I didn’t get to see him much as I moved away but I will always remember him fondly 😊
