It is with sadness that I have heard of Brendan's passing. Please accept my sincere condolences to Kay Ciara, Clodagh Barry and extended family. He was a lovely neighbour and very much a gentleman. May he Rest in Peace.

My sincere condolences to Kay and the Holmes family on Brendan's passing. I worked with Brendan in the Drawing Office in Telecom/Eircom. I met him most recently at the retired group AGM. I remember Brendan from a Barber Shop convention here in Cork. A gentleman may he rest in peace 🙏

Sincere condolences to the extended Holmes families on the sad passing of Brendan whom I fondly remember from our years as work colleagues in POEB / Telecom as our paths crossed many times during my time in the 1970s in Dublin City Planning section Hammam Buildings/ Cumberland House. Together with his fellow Draughtsmen , Brendan Scally, Tom Walsh Tom Davis et al made for a most enjoyable period within the Job. I subsequently enjoyed even further his Barber Shop harmony group.
