I knew Brendan was ill for some time but sorry to hear of his death, so soon after Anna. They were together in life and now again in heaven. Sincere sympathy to Paul, Conor, Angela, Hilary and all the family at this especially sad time for you. But I know that the many happy memories you have growing up in your household will bring many smiles and comfort to you as you process your grief. They were a lovely couple whom I was fortunate to come to know through our mutual involvement in politics. May they both rest in eternal peace.

So sorry to learn of Brendan’s sad passing. We got to know Brendan many decades ago. A more dedicated and principled public representative you wouldn’t meet and it is also very sad to learn that his dearly beloved wife passed away last weekend. Yet,it is somehow consoling to know they were not apart for very long.
We wish to offer our sincere sympathy to their grieving family, sons Paul and Conor, daughters, Angela and Hilary, brothers Frank and Pat and sisters, Noreen and Martina on their most grievous loss.
